Adoption Fees

Cats

Our adoption fees are assigned to each cat on a case-by-case basis taking into account several adoptability factors such as age, temperament, breed and claw status.

Adoption fees for cats GENERALLY fall in the following ranges, but there may be exceptions:

  1. $90 - $130 for Cats
  2. $120 - $140 for Kittens
  3. $120 - $160 for 2-Paw Declaw
  4. $125 - $175 for 4-Paw Declaw
  5. $150 - $200 for Exotics or Purebreds

The adoption fee is used to further our rescue efforts and to help offset the costs of the following services which are included with the adoption:

  1. Veterinary Exam
  2. Flea/Earmite treatments
  3. Feline Leukemia and FIV Test
  4. FVRCP (Distemper Combo) Vaccination
  5. Rabies Vaccination (if old enough)
  6. Deworming
  7. Spaying or Neutering
  8. Treatment of any other medical conditions detected
  9. Microchipping may be included on some animals

Dogs

Our adoption fees are assigned to each dog on a case-by-case basis taking into account several adoptability factors such as age, temperament, size and breed.

Adoption fees for dogs GENERALLY fall in the following ranges, but there may be exceptions:

  1. $225 - $295 for Adult Mixed Breeds, over 30lbs.
  2. $250 - $300 for Adult Mixed Breeds, under 30lbs.
  3. $250 - $325 for Purebreds
  4. $275 - $325 for "Non Allergic" Breeds
  5. $275 - $325 for Puppies (under 6 months old)
  6. $250 - $325 for "Designer" Dogs

The adoption fee is used to further our rescue efforts and to help offset the costs of the following services which are included with the adoption:

  1. Veterinary Exam
  2. Flea/Tick/Earmite treatments
  3. Heartworm Test (if old enough)
  4. DAPP (Distemper-Parvo combo) Vaccination
  5. Bordetella Vaccination
  6. Rabies Vaccination (if old enough)
  7. Deworming
  8. Spaying or Neutering
  9. Treatment of any other medical conditions detected
  10. Microchipping may be included on some animals
